Shipping & Delivery

  • After the placement of your order, your package will be shipped within 48 hours (Mon-Fri).
  • Our courier is Fastway. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
  • ​All shipping is done through www.fastway.co.za - track your parcels here

Collections

Collection points are in Woodstock or Greenpoint. Once payment is received and your order is ready we will email you to find out which location you would prefer to collect from. The address will follow along with allocated times for collection.


Returns & Exchange

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Summer & Salt. If not, you can certainly return your item(s). You can exchange the product(s) for a different style. If you want to completely exchange your product you will receive a refund.

When returning your order please contact info@summerandsalt.co.za with the invoice number mentioned in the subject. Please let us know, what you would like to return, the reason of your return and if you prefer to exchange your item(s) or would like a refund.

Please be aware of the following requirements:

  • You have the right to return the item(s) within 7 days after receiving your order
  • Products must be unworn and unused
  • Products must be sent back in original condition and original packaging
  • ​A photo of the item sent to us via email to confirm the return
  • Shipment costs are the customers' expense
  • Summer & Salt has the right to refuse a refund when there are obvious signs of the product(s) being worn/used or damaged
  • Please include a note with your invoice number within your return package
  • The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days
